Why in News?

Through late 2025 the National Green Hydrogen Mission, run by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), was steadily scaling up its build-out of electrolyser manufacturing and green-hydrogen production capacity, with fresh allocations under its incentive scheme and pilot projects in hard-to-abate sectors.
