Welcome to Anantam IAS. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online classes, offline programs, study materials, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By enrolling, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Our Services are intended for individuals preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination or other competitive exams.

2. Enrollment & Payments

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment of applicable course fees.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • We reserve the right to revise our fees or course offerings without prior notice.

3. Use of Services

  • You agree to use our Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

  • You must not copy, share, or distribute our course content, videos, test papers, or study materials without written consent.

  • Login credentials for online classes are personal and non-transferable.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including but not limited to videos, notes, presentations, and test series, is the intellectual property of Anantam IAS or its faculty.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

5. Code of Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Maintain respectful communication with faculty, mentors, and fellow students.

  • Not engage in disruptive behavior during classes (online or offline).

  • Follow the rules and schedules provided by Anantam IAS.

6. Attendance & Course Completion

  • Regular attendance is expected for both online and offline classes.

  • Missed classes may be made up through available recordings, subject to course policy.

  • Certificates of completion (if applicable) will only be issued upon meeting attendance and assessment requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide high-quality content and guidance, Anantam IAS does not guarantee exam success, selection, rank, score improvement, or any specific result in any examination.

  • We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, academic, personal, or other loss or damage resulting from the use of our Services, website content, classes, tests, notes, or study materials.

8. Content Accuracy, Results, and Publication Dates

  • Our educational content, current affairs, study notes, classes, recordings, PDFs, tests, answers, explanations, articles, and other materials are provided for learning support only.

  • We do not give any warranty or guarantee that our content is complete, error-free, updated at all times, or 100% correct. We do not take any guarantee about content correctness or any other kind of guarantee, whether express or implied.

  • We do not guarantee exam relevance, expected questions, selection, rank, marks, score improvement, admission, interview performance, or any other academic or career outcome.

  • We do not claim that any fixed number, percentage, or amount of questions in UPSC, State PCS, or any other examination came from our courses, classes, tests, notes, current affairs, study material, or website content.

  • Some current affairs and study-note articles may be published with earlier dates where required for editorial continuity, archival consistency, or to cover items that appeared in newspapers, official releases, or other sources on those dates but were added to the website later.

  • Students and readers should verify important facts, dates, eligibility rules, exam notifications, legal provisions, official data, and other updates from the relevant official sources before making decisions.

9. Suspension or Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services if you violate these Terms.

  • In such cases, fees will not be refunded.

12. Publication Dates & Backdating of Content

  • To maintain organised, topic-by-topic coverage on the website, we may publish some articles with an earlier publication date than the date they were actually written or uploaded.

  • Backdating is used to complete monthly current affairs backlogs, to slot articles into the correct month or chronological sequence, or to fill gaps in a topic series so that the archive reads in a logical order.

  • The displayed publication date reflects the article’s intended position within our content archive and not necessarily the date the article was originally drafted or first made public.

  • This practice does not alter the accuracy of the content itself; readers should still verify time-sensitive facts from official sources.
