GM crops in India — the political economy

Genome-editing rules (2022)
DBT notification (March 2022) and GEAC guidance exempt SDN-1 and SDN-2 genome-edited plants (no foreign DNA) from GM regulation — a major fillip to CRISPR agriculture. SDN-3 (where DNA is inserted) remains regulated.
Nano-inputs — the new frontier
Liquid Nano Urea
