Founded by ex-Rau’s IAS faculty — 12 years on the ground

Our method comes from real UPSC classrooms, not a content factory.

Anantam IAS is led by faculty who have spent years teaching serious aspirants in Delhi’s Civil Services ecosystem. The real difference is faculty judgement: what to study, what to ignore, and how to correct mistakes before they harden.

  • Rau’s IAS Study Circle
  • Old Rajinder Nagar
  • Retd. civil servants
  • Former UPSC interview panellists
12years on the ground

Classroom-tested teaching, faculty-led guidance, answer review, and interview preparation.

9,000+aspirants taught

Students across GS, QIP, Optional subjects, Hindi medium, and Interview Guidance.

340+final merit ranks

Rank holders trained through our faculty ecosystem over multiple UPSC cycles.

The Infinitum Framework →

Four pillars that compound, cycle after cycle.

Not a checklist — a sequence. Each pillar feeds the next, so preparation builds on itself instead of resetting every month.

How we teach

A batch is capped at fifty, so the faculty teaching you also knows where you are weak.

That cap is the decision everything else follows from. It is why a doubt is answered by the person who taught the topic, why Mains copies come back marked by hand, and why the faculty on your call already knows what your last few tests looked like. The production Zoom setup — multi-camera stream, digital whiteboards, chat moderated by a second faculty — is what keeps fifty people a classroom rather than a broadcast.

Broadcast-grade Zoom classroom

Two-camera teacher view, switchable to whiteboard and slides. Recordings land in your library within two hours — never lost if life gets in the way.

≤50

Aspirants per batch — always

No 500-seat livestreams. Every Foundation batch is capped so your doubts, essays, and Mains copies actually get the faculty's time.

Calls that happen when they will change something

The same senior faculty stays with you for the whole cycle, so nobody has to be briefed twice. The call is scheduled around what is actually happening in your preparation — the opening diagnostic, a pattern showing up across your copies, a test that went wrong, the optional decision, the run-up to Mains and again before the interview — and any time you ask for one.

Faculty

The people who've sat in the interview room.

A mix of retired bureaucrats, former interview panellists, and subject veterans — every one of them a long-time UPSC faculty. They teach the class, correct your copies, and take your one-on-one calls themselves.

FAQ

What most aspirants ask us first.

Do I need a background in Polity/History to start?

No. The Foundation programme starts from NCERT-level concepts and layers up. We run a week-zero bridging module specifically for aspirants from science, engineering, and commerce backgrounds — so day one of GS doesn't feel like you've walked into the wrong classroom.

Can I switch from online to classroom mid-way?

Yes — once. You pay the delta and we move your enrolment, recordings, books, and faculty notes to the new mode. We don't restart the clock and you don't lose any progress.

Is the Hindi-medium track a translation, or originally written in Hindi?

Every Hindi-medium note is written by Hindi-medium faculty from scratch — not translated. Our Hindi topper ranks (including AIR 71, 2021) came through this programme.

How much of the daily answer-writing actually gets reviewed?

100% of submitted answers get written feedback within 24 hours. When your faculty spots a pattern running across your copies — introductions, conclusions, diagrams, structure — they call you to work through it rather than leaving it in the margins.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund until the 14-day mark — no questions asked. After that, prorated until 30% of the coaching programme completes. Printed materials, once dispatched, are non-refundable.

How big is each batch — and why does it matter?

Foundation batches are capped at 50 aspirants. That's non-negotiable: it's the only way every essay, every Mains copy, and every doubt gets read and answered by the same faculty who taught the class.

Do you offer an optional subject I'm interested in?

We run full programmes for PSIR, Geography, and History, plus curated modules for other optionals. If your optional isn't listed, book a demo call — we've placed aspirants in subjects we don't formally teach by pairing them with the right faculty.

Will classroom recordings be available if I miss a live session?

Yes. Every online class is recorded and uploaded to your library within two hours. Classroom students also get the same online recordings — so a missed day never turns into a missed week.

How does 1-on-1 faculty guidance actually work?

You get a 30-minute private video call with a senior faculty, scheduled around what your preparation actually needs — after the opening diagnostic, when your answer copies start showing a pattern, after a test that went wrong, when the optional decision is live, and in the run-up to Mains and again before the interview. You can ask for one at any point as well. Topics are yours to set, and the same faculty member stays with you for the full programme.

Do you help with the interview (Personality Test) too?

Yes. Our Interview Guidance Programme is what several of our CSE 2025 rankers (including AIR 28, 48, 106, 116) specifically credit. You get DAF analysis, subject-specific mocks, and mock boards with retired civil servants.
